The 36th edition of Anuga, was held in Cologne from the 9th to the 13th of October 2021. The premier worldwide trade show for food and drinks has once again proven that trade fairs of this scale are achievable, with over 70,000 attendees from 169 countries and over 4,600 exhibitors from 98 countries.

This year was the first time for Anuga to be held as a hybrid event: the main part of the event took place onsite in Cologne with additional online components. This format allowed those who could not travel to Cologne to participate in networking and business opportunities.
